So then, whether we live or die, we are the Lord\u2019s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For Christ died and lived again for this reason, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Romans 14:7-9 AMP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Thursday, July 18 2024 my father passed away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing could have prepared me from this separation and the impact it has had on me <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The words in the title flowed out of me two weeks after Dad&#8217;s departure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They caused a pause in my despair somehow sobering me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daily, God, please help me and my family to grieve well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I need Your comfort with every breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holy Spirit, please help me articulate to You how I feel and to let my tears flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Help me Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abba Father in heaven, please increase my capacity of dependence on You.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Jesus&#8217; Name I ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Surely our griefs He Himself bore, And our sorrows He carried<\/strong><\/em>; Isaiah 53:4 LSB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>You have seen me tossing and turning through the night. You have collected all my tears and preserved them in your bottle! You have recorded every one in your book<\/strong><\/em>.
